Golf Cart Rewiring

A 1990s Yamaha golf cart needed a complete electrical system overhaul. The original motor and controller were replaced with upgraded components, and the entire wiring harness was redesigned from scratch. Custom parts were fabricated where off-the-shelf solutions didn't fit the existing chassis.

The new speed controller required remapping the throttle, braking, and direction circuits to interface with the cart's existing pedal and switch hardware. All connections were routed and secured to meet the load requirements of the upgraded motor.
